The pool was overly chlorined and almost instantly after getting out I felt sick the rest of the night. the breakfast was slacking. The pancake machine was down and the lady just kept coming out and squeezing the pancake bag down and it would work just one time and then she’d walk away. Just put a new bag in, idk if it was down or they’re just pinching Pennie’s. The juices were all watered down. They weren’t keeping up with the milks or anything. We stayed on second floor next to elevator and oh my god it was so loud we could hear everything.

It irritates me no end that the only way to accumulate points is to have reservations. We never know how far we’ll travel in a day, so reservations don’t work for us. We could choose any hotel but really like Holiday Inn the best. You really miss out rewarding travelers like us.
