Verified Hotel Guest Traveling as Couple July 1, 2021
Positives: The location was good and the bed was good.
Negatives: The hotel needs a good cleaning. We left after one night partly due to cleanliness despite the second night being paid for. The elevator and public bathroom were filthy. Our toilet wasn't clean. The hotel reeked of smoke. Buyer beware, stay away!

Positives: The room was cleaner than I expected. However, no towels. Had to ask for them, and then wait. Water pressure was minimal, and I was on the first floor. Check in was interesting, but the room was ok. Grounds badly need updating.

Negatives: The pool was shut down then when then they reopened it it was extremely dirty. Entire place smelled like weed.a very strong smell of it even thru out masks .

Negatives: The staff at the front desk was very rude. The room with the whirlpool wasn’t really clean there was no breakfast which was included and advertised was not available.
