Room didn't have any toilet paper. When we messaged about getting some, they sent someone up but we had to leave for our event so they didn't drop it off. Didn't leave it at the door, or didn't use their master key to leave it inside. when we got back, still no toilet paper.

The pool and hot tub were closed and that wasn’t mentioned on the site. The steak that we ordered was all fat, and the mini store was not stocked at all. There was a funky smell in our wing too.
