The first 2 days there the main elevator did not work and my mother is 76 years old and just had knee replacement surgery plus there were no luggage carts when we were brining in our luggage to go to the third floor. I was very upset about these things.

Negatives:
I had to pay at check in. A higher price than what was prepaid on booking.com. They used my card that was swiped for incidentals as payment for the same room at a higher rate. Room was brightly lit and they put us 7 feet away from the loud elevator doors. Not worth $430.

The rooms were spacious and well set up. Breakfast was decent.

The staff were away from the desk when we came to check in and we had to wait 10 mins before anyone showed up. They didn't have a sign up about needing to step away. That would've been helpful, so we weren't left thinking we were being ignored. The floor had crumbs around the trash cans in our room and the bathroom floor had hairs on them. It was pretty obvious they hadn't been cleaned from previous renters.
