The staff was so rude didn't speak clear English when I first went to my room no sheets on bed room didn't look like it was clean gave me another room wasn't a king size bed I asked for and the toilet wasn't working the staff said I couldn't get a refund and was so rude about it all, def will NOT be coming back

Room was very clean. A lot different from the last time I stayed at this Red Roof.

When trying to relax and watch TV, first I couldn’t get any channels to come in. Contacted Front desk and he came down to the room to check it out. Got the channels to work, problem was that there was only 2 channels, infomercials or news. I get more than that without cable.
When I checked in, after booking online at Booking.com, they tried to charge me for the room a second time. I only caught it because they charge a $100 deposit. I politely informed him the I had already paid why was he charging me for the room again. He then tried to say my card declined. I explained no sir, my card has not been declined. I pulled up my receipt and my checking account to show yes in favor it was paid. The whole reason I got the room was so I could try to relax, I felt like I wasted my money, because I could have watched more Ty on my smart TV or I could casted a streaming service. Just kinda of not the vibe I was going for. But whatever right ??

We waited 15 mins before anyone showed up to check us in the room we were given smelled like stale cigarette smoke and the door jam was busted off so we couldn’t lock the security bolt. Asked for a room change was not given a room that was the same as the one we rented we were down graded that room was not clean and the bed was not even made asked for refund and refused to stay

They charged me $25 for checking in one hour early. Also they charged me a $50 deposit when the room was paid for in advance. The floor was sticky smell like dog urine and we found cigarette ducks in behind the furniture. Safety box didnt work crack mote

It was horrible! Rooms dirty, switched me to like 5 different rooms, no heat in the middle of winter in one, water ran in the bathroom all night, light in bathroom broken, no microwave as I paid for in the room. Fight outside w/someone busting windows etc

The Haffner wasn't on the wall the heater was broken their was public hair in the bathroom tub. Their was pee stains on the sheets. The safe was missing its batteries I didn't even get to use it. The floor was dirty. And the lady that runs the front desk is beyond rude.

I got the dates mixed up and they called the police while we told them we were waiting on our friend to bring us money
