Tried calling multiples times to only get a VM that was full. Never got through to desk at location. At night only around 12:30 front doors where locked. Signage asking you to ring bell which I did. Only to wait for 10 to 12 minutes when a night person said he saw me on camera. He explained that bell was not working. Bath tub was peeling and hot tub not working. Little things matter.

I cannot believe after a remodel that they did not have towel racks in the rooms. There were some little things about the hotel like the card readers not working on the outside doors and in fact the pool has been waiting for a part forever but outside of
