Got a smoking room with no ashtray, and when I went to the front desk to get one, they told me they don't provide them. That's really ridiculous!

Staff were rude and kept accusing us of smoking in our room...we aren't smokers...and have three small children. It was just weird.

If traveling long distance don't...

They could not find our reservation because it was in their system, last name first and I gave them my name as first name, last name. Once that was cleared up, we were given a card key to a room in the back building. The card key would not open the door. Went back to desk, they gave us an "upgraded" suite. When we entered that room, I checked the bathroom and there was blood splatter in the tub. At that point we went back to the desk and told them we were leaving.
