The location was near my family.

The room was in need of repairs. The television was shattered and broken. The sink was broken. The toilet kept running. The bathroom door had been punched and had holes in it. When I told the staff this, they did nothing about it. I actually checked out a day early because of this.

Free breakfast from anyplace is a win in my book that's always a nice touch for me to start the morning.

The cleanliness of my room was totally unacceptable and did come as a surprise and shock to me. Never before have I ever encountered any thing like that before, small black insect type things. Not to mention that my room had no key to lock my door.

The two ladies manning the front desk at check-in (Amanda and Pinkie) were capable individuals who got me into a clean room almost immediately.
The motel is located within walking distance of two affordable high-quakity restaurants (Bob Evans and Denny;s)
Housekeeping staff is great and they are a conscientious couple who make sure one's linen & towel need for the upcoming day are fully met.
