It is dog friendly and close to the wineries.

Small, square pillows and not very clean, especially bathroom and vanity sink light. Dust and pet hair behind night stand, toilet& tub. The light above the sink had splatter something on it. Plus, there was no hot water for shower.

The room was very clean and it was a reasonably big space.

There was no hot water for 2 separate showers early in the morning. I was a little upset about that. The last thing you want is a cold shower on a winter rainy morning.

The receptionist was not too professional she didnt even tell me how to get to my room and she assigned me in an handicap type of room she didnt even tell me anything about it I was not too pleased with that.

The hotel was close to where I needed to go. It met expectations, based on my familiarity with the area.
Negatives:
The advertised breakfast was below expectations. There were no hot options (unless you count toasted bread or bagel), the water machine was empty so I could not make oatmeal and when I told the desk attendant about the water, she brought a cold bottle of water, ignoring the fact that I wanted to make oatmeal. The plastic plates melted some when I put a toasted bagel on it, so I know it would not have survived trying to make oatmeal in the microwave.
