The kitchenette and staff. The lobby was so pretty decorated for Christmas. It looked like you were sitting in the livingroom with your family! I also loved the access to the family room! I celebrated Christmas with my Ohio family and used the room.
Negatives:
The rooms.need a lot of work! The handles on the vanity in the bathroom.was all rust! It was old and outdated. The kitchenette was nice to have but needed cleaned better.

My room was dusty, it was hair all in the tub and shower, people left their belongings in the room just ugh

It enabled me to stay at same site as my brother has been contracted to stay while working in Youngstown.
Negatives:
I would have liked. Continental breakfast, I realize this is a suite hotel but would be nice on weekend days for people not with extended stays.
