We liked nothing. Worst Hotel we have stayed at in a long time

Rooms were not clean. We had to beg for clean towels. The room was never made up. We had an Iphone charger cable stolen. The staff was nice but did nothing and didn't follow up on requests.

The shower was not fully clean. There was dirt/rust on the bottom of the door making it appear not clean.

The grout in the bathroom tile was missing and the tiles were loose. It was an ADA room so the shower head was awkward.

Breakfast should not be offered as a prepurchase until they can put on their website what it is. It's a poached egg over carbs in a paper to go cup. At 9am they were out of juice. Staff was nice enough to make me a fresh pot of decaf as they didn't have any out.

Everything. Hard sheets. Scratchy TP. Poor view. No ice. No mini-fridge Freezer. Very small space. Booking an additional night was a nightmare.
