The room was outdated and they was old musty carpet and the elevator that smelled bad. At check in we were told made to order omletres at breakfast but that didn't occur and the pancakes were crispy and the bacon so crispy it crumbled in the tongs

I tried to pay for both my room and my son’s room, but they used my son’s credit card. I didn’t notice until I received the invoice via email on my way home. I called to correct the error and the gal didn’t understand my problem. She told me to call back. I did so approximately 5 times and was hung up on 3 of them. I called Hilton directly to fix the issue and they said it had to be fixed by the property and one person just transferred me and they hung up on me again. I called again and after the first person called the property and they hung up on him and I was transferred to another person who tried to call the property and they hung up on her as well. They opened a ticket for me, though I’m not sure how that will go. The hotel was fine. A bit dated. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. They were shorthanded. But because of the consistent hanging up on me or anyone trying to help me, I would never go back and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

AC did not work very well. Bath tub faucet did not work, only shower head worked. Breakfast was disappointing. Had to wait 10 minutes for someone to make an omelet. Fresh Fruit was not very fresh.
