Positives: Beds were more like full than queen. No frigid or microwave. Ice machine was not working! There was a light blinking outside our window all night. I wonÂ't book at an Indigo hotel again!

Positives: What I liked best was the hotel's proximity to a number of restaurants.
Negatives: I did not like that the room I was in did not have a refrigerator or a microwave. The room was across from the elevator and you could hear the elevator sounds every 30 to 60 seconds all day and all night long.

Positives: The decor and furniture was modern and nice.
Negatives: 2 days there was no hot water. I had to take cold showers. It was not clean. The night stand and items on it were collecting dust. The curtains and rug were dirty with stains. There was left over food on the floor under the bathroom sink.

Negatives: Dusty dirty sheets, ice cold shower for 2 days, clicking noises in the heat I was not able to sleep, top of refrigerator was so dirty someone had written on it, dirty underwear in the drawer, no continental breakfast.

Negatives: The boiler had just been fixed earlier the day we arrived and there was no hot water. It changed later, however it would have been nice if the front desk let us know when we checked in.
