I specifically reserved a hotel with a hot tub and pool for my daughter's 15th birthday. Well the hot tub was closed and the pool was freezing. So nobody was able to swim. Also the first set of rooms we were put in one of them wasn't cleaned. All the bedding was on the floor in the corner and the pillows were on top of the dresser. We were very disappointed with the whole experience.
