I booked a Hotel in the beginning of february. I had a confirmation number and everything. I was naked that they could not buy my reservation. So I had to find another hotel. I was then charged for that room. And I am still waiting for my refund and it is march 8. I continue to reach out about it. And all communications has now stopped from you guys.

We liked omelet station and breakfast buffet. We also enjoyed the complimentary happy hour. The staff was very personable and helpful.
Negatives:
The fitness center was out of wipes to clean the equipment. I was happy to see a Peloton bike, but unable to sign in to my Peloton account on the bike.
There were buckets in the atrium to catch the rain dripping through the skylights. Only one operating elevator.

Room not updated - chipped paint. One elevator out.The door on my room required an extra push/pull to make sure it latched. Housekeeping did not do this properly, so when I came back from work one evening, my door pushed open without a key. Concerned.

a comfortable suite a good breakfast the maintenance staff reacted quickly to a bathroom tub issue

The desk staff person was unwelcoming and brusk at check-in. They also seemed to congregate at the desk with loud conversation.
Positives:
I really liked the place as a whole. The staff were extremely helpful in assisting me and supporting me through a very trying time. I had been abandoned at that hotel while out of state, homeless with no knowledge of Cincinnati, transportation or money. Lakes, Matt, Al, and many more were all very kind and went above and beyond at a moments notice. I was fed and Lakes even used her own money to pay for an Uber so that I may get to a homeless shelter and have a place to sleep while it was 6 degrees outside. I am very thankful that such people exist and are all gathered in one location working together to make Blu Ash Embassy suits a home away from home. Lakes is a hidden gem, she was there from start to finish.
Thank you. (I believe a raise is in order, she literally saved my life.)

I have been to that hotel before and they used to serve these crispy potato’s in the morning that were heavenly. The new Yukon gold potato’s are a huge downgrade and barely enjoyable. I would love for the crispy ones to be brought back. One day If I can revisit that would be amazing.
