The gentlemen checking me in Wednesday 5/31 was very friendly and helpful.
Negatives:
Breakfast was non-existent. When I asked about something to eat and coffee that first morning, someone went and found me a granola bar (but it wasn't out -- I had to ask for it); and there was no coffee. I didn't bother the second or third days. Also I tried to get a wake up call my last night for the following morning (so I wouldn't miss my plane) but there was no one in the office, and no one answered the phone at the counter.

It was horrible the room was dirty the bathroom has hairs on the mirror like someone had just shaved, Thor sheets on the bad was dirty they had cigarette burn hole in them, red drink stains in the sheets,air conditioner didn’t work, refrigerator was dirty, the floor wasn’t vacuumed, it was supposed to have been smoke free and was not you could smell smoke soon as we got to our floor, night staff Was horrible I was given two names so I don’t know which one was really his name, and I couldn’t find him for a while then the front desk girl was alot better when she came in at 7am. It was supposed to have been a smoke free facility and it wasn’t. On top of that there was a girl standing in the lobby like she was spaced out on something. It was a horrible experience and I will never stay there again nor will I recommend it to anyone also I will be very weary when booking through you all again, I know it wasn’t solely your fault but it was on your site. I have a video of the room and the guy that gave me two names seen how it was.
