Location was great. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is being remodeled. There was new carpeting in the hallway outside our room. Newly painted walls in the hallway. Our rooms bedroom was freshly painted also.

I stayed there almost 5 days before room service came to service my room and give me fresh sheets, towels and wash cloths. Nor didnt take out my trash. I brought this concern to Anthony at the front desk he was very kind and helped.

The hotel room I was assigned was extremely dirty with a rotten onion rubbed in a towel and thrust in the sink it made us want to throw up. Staff did not want to come see so we cleaned it ourselves and carried it to him. Thank God he gave us another room

Yes, When I first checked in my room was dirt. They up graded me and the next morning the upgraded room had a roach on top of the fridge. The young lady with the silver hair was extremely rude. The next room I checked into smelled like urine.

The property was extremely dirty. The air vents were totally clogged with filth. There were cockroaches on the kitchen counter and living underneath the vinyl layer of kitchen countertop which was lifted all around the sink area. The room had an overwhelming odor of cigars. Everything was dirty. There were horrible cobwebs that appeared to be years old in all of the corners of the room floor and ceiling. My childrens asthma was both aggravated staying 2 nights here. Will not return.
