The shower in 1 of my rooms was dirty. It had a used towel full of hair. The shower was never cleaned so my mother could not use it. When I notified the front desk I was told that there was no compensation that could be rendered and that the hotel manager would not be in until after I left but he would contact me. He never did.

The dirty shower and the breakfast was not stocked well
