Positives:
Location and cleaner than I expected
Negatives:
No remote control for tv , breakfast hrs 6am to 9am , went downstairs at 6:10 no coffee yet , pretty much nothing set up for breakfast , waited on coffee and left had to be across town for a pickup at 6:30

I had read some reviews and was a little worried. The room was very clean. The bed was comfy loved the fluffy pillows! We were there for the brat festival and the location was awesome!

The fridge was frozen, it was hair on the sheets, and don't look like it had ever been cleaned behind the nightstand. If I knew my card would be refunded right then I would have left and went to the motel across the street

First time I stayed there the room was good but I think this was my last stay the room was dirty

It was very clean and had a lot of options for breakfast. Overall for the price it was a nice hotel if you are looking for a cheap option.
Negatives:
My biggest complaint is how the front desk lady was smoking outside most of the morning while we were eating breakfast and then checking out. I find it disgusting when someone smokes and then comes in and works with the breakfast. She was also smoking while we were trying to check out so we didnt know where she was.
