The location was decent. Close to shops.

The property was poorly taken care of. Room was not cleaned well, food on the floor, stained bedding, dirty walls, no garbage cans in the room, bathroom was not very clean.

Needed to request light bulbs for the desk lamp, TV was missing the electrical cord, internet had a snag, at 7:00 am they had already run out of scrambled eggs, not very quiet could hear loud talkers, the ice machine and a dog crying and barking at various hours of the night and finally the hallways would at times smell of marijuana.

Good location. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Comfortable bed and good sheets.
Negatives:
It was a bit shabby. My bed spread had cigarette holes. It was dark. Had to plug in the lamp, which needed a good wiping down. Toilet seat hinge was broken. Sink didn't drain. No coffee maker!

Positives:
Relocating to Ohio for work , the hotel was in an excellent location and staff was friendly .
Negatives:
I booked on the site so I had an unfortunate accident on Saturday the 27th of April my car broke down the way , so I was charged regardless for that night after I sent the hotel a message . But I had paid in advance for the week . The pool was out of order so the kids sing have much to do , but I was unaware of this at time of booking .

Breakfast was okay and the location was good.
Negatives:
The service was terrible. We went a day earlier. I talked to the front desk and asked for more bath towels and they told me that they would have house keeping put some in the room for us. I get back late Friday night and there was no bath towels. I talked to them again Saturday morning and they said they would put some in our room and I get back late Saturday night and there were no towels. So when I checked out Sunday I talked to them about the situation and the only response they could say is I’m sorry for the inconvenience. I won’t be staying there next year when I go back. I take my money and stay somewhere else.

The pool wasn't open and that's what my daughter was looking forward to the most. The bed sheets look like something from the 70s the room doors were dirty.
