Positives:
The breakfast was standard hotel fare but very tidy and decent. Rooms were not perfectly clean- ok- but not reflective of cost. Nice dog area. Staff was excellent though.
Negatives:
Room could have been cleaner. Supplies could have been more stocked- shampoo, blankets, etc. It could have been cleaner- for the money. Shower was ok- short shower head but that seems hotel standard. Overall price not reflective of product.

First time I went there. I was welcomed by Sherry who was awesome! She was so kind, comforting and professional! She did everything she could so that I have an enjoyable stay. She immediately made me feel comfortable after a draining flight. Thank you Sherry! And thank you to Lydia as well! Nice room with big bed and everything you need. Breakfast was good too. Nex time I will come to Cincinnati I will go back there with no hesitation!
