Quirky decor! Location convenient as well. We were in town to see the zoo and then go to the eclipse the next day. Garage parking was easy!

Loved the location. Loved the whole concept of the place with decor and atmosphere. The customer service was absolutely top notch. Super accommodating. The hotel was clean and so much fun. I definitely recommend this place if you have children.
Negatives:
The amenities did not measure up to my expectations at all. I have never paid for a stay where they do not offer at least coffee and tea in the morning for free. Don't even bother with the instant in the room. It was disgusting. I was out of toilet paper and conditioner after the first day and the maid didn't fill it so I had to ask for it. The only soap and shampoo was peppermint. Yuk. A microwave would have been nice. I just felt like they went a bit cheap on the little extras that seem standard anywhere else I stay. The parking was more expensive than advertised. No vending machines either. Pretty sure I read there were vending machines. Small things but would have made a big difference.

We were in town to go to the children's hospital. Location was 5 minutes away, clean, and kid friendly. The restaurant food was great
Negatives:
There was a lady outside and the hotel who repeatedly came up to us to ask for money as well as other guests
