Positives: Overall stay was great until check out. Easy check in, comfortable and spacious room and really nice amenities.
Negatives: Parking isn’t the most convenient and one elevator was down during the peak check out time. That made for huge waits just to get downstairs.

Positives: The rooms are wonderful. Very big and comfortable. The kitchenette was fantastic even if dirty dishes were left in the dishwasher. I didn't care for finding someones dirty socks in the cupboard though. The pool was clean and warm enough. The firepit outside was awesome. The breakfast, although not totally stocked, had plenty of great choices.
Negatives: I would have liked some cream at the coffee station. I did not like having to use 2 percent milk out of the cereal fridge. The woman at the counter during check in could have been a bit more present. It took me walking into the building twice to get any attention.

Negatives: Hilton cancelled my reservation the day that we were supposed to stay. The supervisor at the front desk was very rude and stated that it was my fault that I booked through you. I called Booking.com and they stated my reservation was still current. Hamelson (Booking.com) then called the Hilton front desk and spoke to the same lady as I did and she was rude to him and stated there was nothing she could do even though I was prepaid through booking.com. Long story short, it ended up being Hiltons fault due to their new computer system and they said they would give my money back to Booking.com so I am hoping for a full refund after this whole mess. Thanks.
