We arrived on a Sunday evening to check in and were told the booking had been cancelled as the university had booked the hotel up until 2025. We received no email detailing this and very little help from the staff member who spoke to us at the door (wouldn’t even let us on the lobby). Both mainstay and booking were very poor in communication afterwards (zero response from mainstay and booking don’t really seem to care). Shocking service

there's Nothing near this place. 5+ miles for food, shopping and attractions
we asked several times for a trash can bc there wasn't one in the room (were supposed to have 2) never got one.
there's no daily housekeeping service so we had to ask for towels and TP

The room was not stocked with towels for our group, we had to ask for more. (Our room was for 2 adults and 3 children for 3 nights, we checked in to find 2 bath towels and 1 washcloth with 1 hand towel)
