There was a lot of things, too many to name all. 1) no hot water; water was warm. 2) water drainage is horrible. 3) for the amount of money, no free/ complimentary breakfast. 4) no microwave in room and mini fridge didn't. Wouldn't recommend hotel.

The hotel was located in the perfect location.

For the price of the room the cleanliness was not up to par. The tub drain had hair in it and the bathroom sink had a dirt ring throughout the sink.

Arrived just before check in time. Check in is at 4pm. They had no rooms with double beds which is what I had purchased . Almost a hour wait and had to take a room with one king bed. Finally got a room at 4:30pm after me asking

The location is amazing! We were in the middle of everything and loved it. The hotel itself is lovely and well decorated/clean.
Negatives:
Our room was just above average. The hotel could use another remodel with emphasis put on decorating the rooms and maintenance. There were lots of little areas that had quite a bit of noticeable wear and tear - specifically in the bathroom.
