The front desk lady was as helpful as she could have been!
Negatives:
We booked a double bed room and ended up with a King for two adults and two kids. The front desk said they were sold out but rustled up a cot for us. The cot was pure springs and one of us ended up on the floor anyway. Super disappointed.

We purposely stayed here so my grandson could swim and get out energy from being in the car all day. The pool was broken and he could not use it. I feel if things like that are happening then it should be updated until fixed

The snack room was a pain becasue it wasnt regular vending machine had to go to desk to pay and is using a card you had to spend 10$ and when I tried to use cash they didnt have change and no one there to give the proper change

The hotel was very clean. The pool was clean. The breakfast was excellent and the hostess was very nice and helpful. Everything met or exceeded our expectations.

There wasn't much that we didn't like. The only thing that comes to mind is that the tv remote control was kinda gross and sticky. Other than that everything was great.
