Positives: Room was decent and good size. Had some special pricing
Negatives: Hotel has a nice name. Entrance, Front lobby and common areas were close to 1 star. Only one elevator worked. Room was clean with nice size beds. Shower stall needed to be cleaned. No restaurant No shuttle service No pool Not sure about fitness room

Positives: There was nothing.
Negatives: The 1st room was dirty, 2nd room blind wouldn't close. 3rd room ok. Linen was difficult to get. Housekeeping Manager was very rude. Accused us of not paying for room. No manager on shift to handle issues.Shuttle to airport discontinued. Worst hotel ever.

Positives: Bed and bedding was good
Negatives: Shower drain was broken the water sat there for a while before finally going down. Thermostat in room was broken. Pool was closed and restaurant was closed. Shuttle had no wheels and was on blocks.

Negatives: The pool was closed the elevator did not work the restaurant was closed .There was no continental breakfast. I never would have made a reservation here if I had known all of this. I expected a much better experience given your hotel chain' reputation

Negatives: There wasnt a radio or a clock. There was no place to charge our phone. The restaurant was closed to the elevators were closed. The pool was closed. There were no soaps in the bathroom. No cups. No way to get water. The remote didnt work right on the TV

Negatives: Double charged. Pool closed. Ice machine broken. No coffee. Clerk not very knowledgeable about refunding our duplicate charge. Still trying to get our money refunded. Dont recommend this place.

Negatives: Did not like anything. The staff was not helpful. I didnt have sufficient amount of towels and staff did nothing to solve problems. I was told that housekeeping had left for day and locked towels up. Mold in the bathroom.

Positives: The location is near the interstate.
Negatives: This hotel is a disaster. Its rating should be a 1. The pool was out of service, the restaurant/bar was not available, the ice machines were down -- and NO COMPLIMENTARY WATER was given. Two of the three elevators were down, no shampoo or body wash.

Positives: People working at the hotel were trying to do their best.
Negatives: It was definitely not even a three star. Two and a half maybe. There's a lot of updates that are needed at this hotel from carpeting in the hallways, to stains on the chairs of the arms in my room, the broken ice machine the pool that doesn't work not us

Positives: The beds and pillows were super comfortable. The mattresses and pillows were not really firm which I appreciated.
Negatives: Disappointed that several of the amenities were out of service...attached restaurant/bar was closed the entire stay. Pool, ice machines and 2 of the 3 elevators were all out of service. TV remote didn't work and staff had no replacements. Room was dirty.
