Love the location of this hotel. Short walk to most attractions, and reasonably priced self parking nearby. The rooms we had were clean, and yje free breakfast was decent. I'd stay here again if I visit Cleveland again.

hotel was under construction, construction crew we took pushed their way through the breakfast line. the lady that check us in was very rude.

The construction should have mention in the reservations.. the handicap shower handle was broke so I had to hold it up whoxh was very difficult . the.tub wasn't accessible for me ro be ok getting in the tub and soak which is the main reason I got the it

Under renovation without advanced notice. Breakfast was cold and no juice. Had better at lesser chains. Had to use microwave to reheat eggs and sausage. Way too much street noise even at 14th floor. Lots of loud people in hallways. Lots of vomiting by partygoers at night. Doors really dont bock hallway noise.
