I like the location, and that they have a pool and hottub.

They offer nothing to guest extra, not even coffee from the lobby. The pool was cold and it felt like the a/c was on in the pool room.

Staff was rude. Restaurant closed. Breakfast voucher given at check in was taken away at first breakfast. When inquiring about nearby restaurants were told by desk clerk he didn't know because he lived in Cincinnati. Hotel has a management problem.

Hotel staff was great! The check in/out process was easy and on site self parking was a huge bonus.

Pool was closed during our stay, 2 towels in the room upon arrival for 4 people for 2 nights. There was leftover trash in the room and used towels in the bathroom from previous guest.

This time we couldn't enjoy the pool. Someone was having a party so there were a ton of kids in the hot tub kicking us splashing us with hot water, there were no towels, tobacco in the pool.The shower made the whole bathroom wet
