I had to change the room 3 times because my key card wouldn’t work so I had to come back and forth with bags to the front desk 4 times not enough towles in room or by the pool

Positives:
(1) Location, (2) when I asked for an extra cot, I received one, (3) breakfast was great
Negatives:
(1) The shower was freezing. When I asked about it, the front desk rep said she would look into it and never did. I shouldn’t have had to pay $500+ a night and not be able to take a hot shower. (2) The whole room was cold and the HVAC unit was old and noisy. (3) There was no fan in the bathroom! (4) The restaurant was old and dark and there weren’t a lot of healthy choices at all. (5) I know it was a busy weekend, but there really should’ve been more staff.

Hotel staff was great! The check in/out process was easy and on site self parking was a huge bonus.
Negatives:
Pool was closed during our stay, 2 towels in the room upon arrival for 4 people for 2 nights. There was leftover trash in the room and used towels in the bathroom from previous guest.

Location was perfect for attending a concert at Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse--hotel is a ten minute walk to the venue. Lots of restaurants & bars nearby, too. Room was clean and comfortable. There was a wait to check in, but the hotel front desk had only one woman working (staffing issues) and she was phenomenal--she was cheerful and kept everyone in line moving--I didn't catch her name, but she is a great asset to the hotel!
Negatives:
Price for a night was a bit more than we usually pay, but for the location, it wasn't unexpected.
