Positives:
Loved the facade, the inside decor, and the vibe. The complimentary wine in the lobby was a bonus.
Negatives:
The voice of trucks in the alley at night and early morning were very noisy. Sounded like they were dropping dumpsters.

Superb
Positives:
The restaurant for breakfast was very good. Although the staff were extremely busy, they all were very efficient and professional. The food was very good as well.
Negatives:
The first night we were in a room that was advertised as "city view" and what we saw was the center of buildings that held generators, and other large HVAC for the hotel. It was like a dirty joke; depressing and pathetic to not be able to open curtains as this was our view. The next day, I talked to Jana a manager, and she was very professional and emphatic. She moved us to another room. The bottom line is that we lost one night in that room plus the funds to pay for a room that should not be used.

It was okay.

Positives:
Very kind staff and valets. Good breakfast. Easy walk to local attractions.
Negatives:
Loud compressor or something? outside our room. Room was clean/ nice, but we wondered what the sound was?

Nice boutique hotel
Positives:
Great location.
Negatives:
Shower design was a joke, soaked the whole bathroom floor every time we showered. The pocket door for the bathroom was broken and very difficult to open and close. The beds were very hard and noisy. The elevators and our entire floor reeked of marajuana. This was so bad that all of our possessions also smelled terrible and this also made our vehicle smell of it on our trip home. The staff was wonderful and accommodating, it’s too bad the hotel itself was so poorly updated.

Phenomenal experience, when you come...
Positives:
Smack dab in the center of Cleveland, walking distance to Playhouse Square, and directly across the street from Heinen's downtown grocery Store. A very cozy fireplace warmed lobby greeted us from the sub zero cold outside! Not as design focused as other Kimpton's, but a nice option for something not so standard in the heart of the city.
Negatives:
The guest room floors and guest room decor were not as interesting as the reception/lobby was indicating, but comfortable and functional in any case.

A nicely different option for...
Positives:
We loved the location and rooms. I would definitely stay here again. The beds were very comfortable. Close walking distance to Rocketmortgage Stadium and restaurants. we were pleasantly surprised by the wine happy hour.
Negatives:
The showers were a little odd. I didn’t care for the small glass panel instead of a shower curtain or a larger panel. it seemed too small and water sprayed everywhere.

Positives:
I really enjoyed the restaurant in the hotel as well as the location!
Negatives:
Our specific room had an engineering problem with the door that the hotel ended up telling us after our stay when we brought it to their attention. If it wasn’t dead-bolted you could get into the room without a key. We realized it was unlocked almost 24/7 when we were gone.
