Positives:
The proximity of the hotel and Rocket Mortage Fieldhouse. We didn't have to worry about driving/parking separately for our concert.
Negatives:
Our hotel room (#307) was spacious for sure. However, once upon inspection, it had a look of being a bit worn. scrapped corners on furniture, glazing starting to peel on the mirror and the ice machine in the fridge was not working.

great location to stay when visiting Cleveland

The location, the shopping and restaurants in that area, and the history of the building.
Negatives:
The room smelled damp, luckily I had some room spray with me and spritzed it around. There was makeup or something resembling makeup splattered on the wall and curtain by the bathroom sink, it kind of freaked me out at first like it was blood spattered but after closer inspection, it was foundation makeup. The 8 decorative molding around the room was covered in dust with long dust covered hairs hanging off it. Other than that everything else was great.
