It was a nice hotel. We had a view of the lake and the RR hall of fame. The staff was friendly and it was quiet that night

Stayed in 1717, the door looked like it had been pried open, the room stunk, but they provided some lavender roll on. Water pressure was horrible, the shower head jolted if you wanted hot water.

Absolutely the worst hotel Ive stayed in, as a professional tour manager. Motel 6 is way better than this 4 star????? Hotel!!

Woke up to constant metal banging sound at 6am! House keepers knocked at 8:30 am, and then seven more times. After that, the shower did not work!

The staff was friendly, location of hotel was ideal for getting to Asiatown, very nice lobby area, rooms were solid and quiet (big plus since there was a wedding there and we didn't hear a thing). Oh and the bathtub tiles are beautiful.

The cost to park overnight, a giant pink stain on the bathroom counter, opened safety pins on the floor by the window that I luckily saw before my 2 year old grabbed them, holes in the fitted sheets, looked like my ex "vacuumed" the room (swept under bed)

Everything you needed was in this hotel. As it was cold outside. I did not have to leave the hotel in the cold to get food, workout, or get snacks. The staff was incredible, nice, caring, accommodating to the needs of people.
