no closet in the room. it is supposed to be a “loft.”. would be an issue in the cold weather.
I didn’t know breakfast or anything else was included. If it was, I wish they would have told me when I checked in. Room was neat and clean. Hallways were a little messy with wrappers on floor

What could have been better was the staff that come in around 3 very rude if your a person of color he always acted as if I was in the way or he didn’t want to deal with rechecking me in even though I’m paying to stay for long periods of time for a room that’s 280 almost a day so it really didn’t make since for me to be receiving attitude from staff everyday. I also didn’t like how it was always trash by or in the elevator I kept seeing litter everywhere. And I personally feel the amount of people that use the elevator there should have been more cleaning of the elevator since this is the covid days

I booked a city view. Our views were of the back of adjacent restaurants, dumpsters etc. The hotel said they do not advertise any of their rooms as "City View" this would be an inaccurate description presented by booking.com

The cleanliness and design
I had a guest above me wake me up at 4 am with extremely loud music, talking, laughter, and movement.
I tried calling the front desk, but no one answered. I then had to get up and walk to the front desk only to see the employee on her personal phone.
Also, on my 2nd day, there wasn’t any hot water. I had to shower in cold water.
