The whole damn place was nasty

Blood spots found on our sheets
No bath tub stopper for those who like baths not showers
Holey towels, the pool was nasty dirty
There was no safety locks on our doors
Breakfast was brown bag , a twinkle, bottle of water was all and they wouldn't let u have an extra bag
The carpet on the room floors were stained and sticky
No phone in one room, got pics to prove all this..the manager was very rude
They need to offer refunds for there nastiness, I'm not gonna lose $400
I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone, it needs to closed down

The staff treats you like you are stupid and it cost you the hole bill to cancel a representation and the pool is very nasty and the hotel stinks.

The worst place to stay...
Positives:
it was a very family friendly hotel. we drove pretty far to get there so it was a little late when we checked in but the man was kind enough to leave the pool open an extra 30 mins so that my autistic child could swim as thats all he had asked for b4 his extremely early apt at childrens to be sedated the next morning.
Negatives:
there was a huge hole in our bed. by the time i got my son son in bed and sleeping good as he has sleep issues and then got myself ready to lay down it was about 130am so once i laid down and noticed the very uncomfortable spot there was no way i was waking my very nervous son up to switch rooms so i sucked it up and slept uncomfortably. when i told the worker about the situation said they wld put a work order in but acted as if they could really care a less about the entire situation. I just really had doubted i was the first one to sleep in the bed with the huge hole and let them know ab it so why wasnt it fixed or why wld they book me into the room.

Only grab and go breakfast, not as advertised. There were only 2 flat pillows on the beds. Very thin blankets. The vent in the bathroom didn't work so the bathroom fixtures were a little rusty and some slight mold. Housekeeping didn't refresh our towels after the first night.

I don't care about breakfast. The room was clean, shower had good pressure, hot drained well. Most important NO BUGS. i WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN.
Negatives:
The door lock needs to be replaced, it works but I have to have the key card reprogramed about every day - not a big deal.
