The bed was comfortable and clean. The shower temperature was excellent, and also clean. The room was a great size, and came with an refrigerator, microwave and big screen television. The staff was also fantastic!
Negatives:
There was no garbage can in my room, and the television didn't work the first night, but the staff brought me a new television immediately and it worked great. I would have liked another pillow or two, but I did have two.

Nothing , the staff played ignorant , the literal parking lot was lined with trash bags, the only dumpster in the corral was way to small, the first room we were givens door was horizontally split and the moulding had been broken whee you could see it had

Been battered open, dope baggies,trash as well as syringes beds were made with stained dirty linen, stickers hand prints and markers on everything, I have video and photos, 2 nd room shower did not work, your customer service was subparto sat the least

Smells like weed, cold, dirty, people are living there, road noise, non smoking room with ashes and burns, dog hair everywhere, not close to OSU, just NO!!

There was no shower curtain in my shower, so I wasnt able to take a shower while I was there. There was other peoples hair in the bathroom and dirt in the crevices. The phone did not work.

This room was nasty. There were holes in the bathroom door where people had been fighting. It was the absolute worst hotel Ive ever stayed in didnt sleep as there were strange people wandering the property.

Location was great! You can tell the staff is working hard to make many improvements to the facility.
Negatives:
Our room was right near an exit door and the door slammed consistently throughout the night. Our door to the room had to be pulled forward to get the key to work, and cleanliness of the room was decent; but the rooms have no ventilation system and it smelled musty and of smoke.
