Our mattress was horrible. It was like trying to sleep in a bowl. Front desk attendant was VERY short TWICE! That I could not pay in cash. This is the downfall of our economy! Canceled our reservation for next month. Do not agree with these policies.

Positives:
I loved the location to the Shoe! Go BUCKS! Plus the pool was clean and warm. The breakfast was decent also. Literally no complaints. We liked it so much we changed our hotel to the Best Western in Vero Beach in July for another vacation.
Negatives:
The hot tubs water turned brown while we were there. BUT it was back to clear in the morning.

Great pool and hot tub. The room was comfortable and very clean. The staff was super friendly and helpful with anything we needed. Breakfast was pretty good.
