My room had an awful smell in it. Also, when I arrived the bed was only partially made. Made me seriously question the cleanliness of the room. Terrible experience, highly recommend avoiding this hotel at all costs.

The room was absolutely disgusting. Food garbage and wrappers on the floor, HAIR EVERYWHERE from floor to bathroom sink. We complained 5 times to get the room cleaned since the Arnold Classic was that weekend and it was sold out. We couldnt get our room vacuumed bexhsse that wasnt a service they did. You have to do a special request. Which is absolutely ridiculous and so we did and still nothing was cleaned. We ran into 3 other families with cleanliness issues.
