We loved everything about this hotel. It is lovely and comfortable. The staff from check-in, to bar service, to breakfast buffet staff were friendly.

My husband and I prefer a softer mattress but if you like a very firm mattress, you will love it.

Only complaint I have is the one woman who worked in the breakfast area restocking was EXTREMELY RUDE. She made many people feel uncomfortable. Came right behind my daughter and slammed down a lid that was slightly open. She rushed everyone out of the breakfast area before it was even closing. I have stayed at other embassy’s and breakfast is one reason I choose you guys. This woman made breakfast with you very unpleasant.
