Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

The room with the view that is facing the parking lot of the other hotel next-door. Very noisy over there and it was not as peaceful and quite as the other room facing the front of the hotel. Locks on the windows and the fence gives it an unsafe feel.

I've been bounced around by customer service requesting a refund. When I arrived to the hotel, the door was locked. I called the number posted on the sign, no one answered. After waiting for over 10 minutes and calling multiple times. I decided to leave and go to another hotel. I've been getting the run around since.

The area is fenced in all the way around the property. We arrived late as we were traveling through.
People hanging around the lobby and exterior after midnight. The hallways smelled of old smoke. The rooms were clean but needed updating. The screen to the window was hanging off as if someone had tried to break in.

I didn’t like anything and I wouldn’t recommend anyone booking this hotel!!! I arrived and noticed drug activity and crime as soon as I pulled into the parking lot. They wouldn’t even give me a refund when I was afraid for my safety. Do not book with them! Spend the extra dollars and stay away from east side motels!
