Positives: Clean and super spacious room (handicap-accessible room). Hotel is at a good location 20 minutes from downtown attractions. Very friendly and helpful staff. They provide plenty of towels and soap etc, without needing stayover room service every day.

Negatives: Expected queen beds, maybe I booked wrong, but it was not very wide for two adults. The blinds were broken and didn't open even halfway. The controls were also messed up, pressing Close opened them and pressing Open closed them.

Negatives: Breakfast floor was sticky….nothing refilled while we were there. Hot juice out of the machine. Poor quality of food overall and cleanliness. At check in….they didn’t even bother to tell me what room number or to the lady in front of me….just not very welcoming. Room for improvement
