It was very clean, the beds were very comfortable. I forgot to bring my soap, and they have Dove products in the rooms which was a plus, as well as, complimentary toiletries if you forgot one.
Negatives:
The only thing was the signs in the parking lot, the lobby, the way coming in to the hotel, that you should take everything out of your vehicle. You can really get the vibe that the hotel has theft problem in the area. Thankfully nothing was stolen from me.

The key cards deactivated every day, so we had to get them reactivated at the front desk multiple times. The last morning, there was no staff in the breakfast area. Lots of things were out of stock, and the food was undercooked.

We didn't stay here- I mistakenly made the reservation at the wrong hotel and called this hotel and they fixed it. Beyond grateful for the help. My son wanted a pool for his birthday and they didn't have one. I couldn't afford to pay for 2 rooms. Just thank you so much

Dirty, the rooms smelled like smoke, rooms weren’t ready beds weren’t made no clean towels at check in no ever brought us any had to go ask for them! And a member of our groups car was stolen.

Everything!! Rooms were not ready when we arrived. Switched to another room which smelled heavily of smoke. Breakfast was very limited, they were out of everything. Also a very sketchy area, as we came as a team for the weekend and one of our team members cars were stolen right off the property! Also not very clean at all especially in the hallways.
