Negatives: They seemed ill prepared for us to arrive. We had originally booked for a family of 6 but ended up having someone watch 2 of the kids so we were just 4. We only had 2 towels in the room and when we requested more there were none available (eventually they were left outside the door but we shared the towels as we needed them before they were brought) the sink faucet was just barely attached (but it worked) the couch was dirty and stained one of the lamps was missing a bulb and the air-conditioner made very loud banging noises (and wasn't working properly) and made it hard to sleep well at night. I know the hotel was booked so there was no need to complain but definitely not worth the amount of money we paid.

Negatives: There were over a dozen vehicles broken into over a 2 night stint. Including mine and and it's a regular occurrence there. They fail to tell people of this issue and didn't seem to care about it really. Let us all use a garbage bag tape and vacuum....

Negatives: DO NOT STAY HERE! Our vehicle was broken into along with 6 other vehicles in one night’s stay. Front desk told us this is a frequent occurrence and police also confirmed the same after police reports were filed. Shattered glass is all over the parking lot from past break ins. Full time security needs to be hired to help this place. Stay clear until then.

Negatives: There was another woman working the front desk at the homewood suites side who was extremely rude and nasty. The supervisor made up for her poor attitude.

Negatives: No complaints from me or the wife was a nice getaway.

Negatives: This is 2 hotels together. I booked for Homewood suites, but the sign was so small I didn't realize there were two different doors to check in. I went to the garden Hilton entrance, apparently. They didn't tell me otherwise. Went down the next morning to get my breakfast (that was included). The restaurant was closed and when I asked they just pointed me towards the coffee. Never told me to go down the hall to the adjoining hotel (which was the actual hotel I was supposed to stay in) to get breakfast. The room it's self looked nice, but it was very clean. The carpet had evidently not been vacuumed, as there was lots of debris everywhere. I had paperwork to do, so I pulled out the desk and it has not been wiped and there was a fingernail laying on it. The fridge was unplugged, so we moved it and plugged it in. It was so loud I realized why it was unplugged in the first place. I'll never stay at this location again. Disappointed cause Homewood suites are usually my go to place to stay.

Negatives: There were many cars broken into overnight throughout the parking lot.

Negatives: Dirty room no supplies had to call down for them

Negatives: We only had 1 bath towel. Another one was never provided. The bathroom sink did not have any hot water-not even warm. Had to wash hands in the kitchen sink.
