Phone in room inoperable. Fridge and microwave dirty. Multiple hairs on sheets. When moved nightstand to see if phone was unplugged found candy wrapper and dead beetle. With hairs on sheets and no phone to call desk for clean sheets, slept on towels and used my coat for a blanket. Very unhappy.
