The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and it was quiet.
The room worked out perfect for what we need for a one night stay.
The elevator was a big help.

Not charge a $50 deposit. I did not appreciate the surprise that I had to pay another $50.00 , which I was
unprepared to do, plus now I have to wait to a week to get my $50 back. The people at the front desk could have been a little more friendly.

First room was a storage room lots of furniture stacked up, they gave me the next room all good, booked the room with upgraded bedding and snacks, that was not the correct room for that. I took a shower after a long drive. Grabbed my stuff and left for a different hotel, there also seemed to have lots of long term residents

There wasn't anything to like about the place
Negatives:
The second bed had cigarette burns on the comforter even though it was a 100% no-smoking room, the toilet roll holder is broken, the chair had holes in the leather, furniture scuffed. Some Pillows were stained yellow. I had to connect the cable wires to the tv and cable box which was found behind the drawers in the dresser. The microwave was dirty. The parking lot had a sign to park at your own risk and door said items stolen in the room are not the responsibility of the hotel, so I didn't feel super safe there. The staff didn't seem thrilled to be there and offered no explanations of amenities or instructions. I was there because my brother is in the ICU so I didn't spend much time in the room and didn't seek to waste my time complaining to the uninterested staff. instead of extending, I paid $10 more a night to stay at the Marriot which was closer to the hospital.
