Front desk treated me like a alien. Looked at me very suspicious. If I was WHITE They would have treated me better in my opinion. Plus, they ask for deposit.wich I have not get back after 3 days!! Never smiled. Bad experience!!

Breakfast was almost okay. Location? of breakfast? In this maze of a motel?

The huge bathtub plug was not possible to close.
Getting to the lobby or to my car was like walking through a maze because of the design of the motel. I'm sure all in this chain are the same. I will never be going to one again. Most hotel/motels have access to rooms through the lobby.

Friendly, accommodating staff. They care about their guests, as I forgot my charger on the nightstand, and the staff gladly kept it safe for me to come pick it up. The other great aspect of the establishment is that it is close to great restaurants and bars within walking distance, which have great environments/ambiance as well. If you want to do electronics shopping, there is a Best Buy close by as well.
A very enjoyable stay if you are visiting either the Football Hall of Fame in Canton, Ohio, or the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland. The whole neighborhood provides you to split the distance between the two places, without having to pay high prices in downtown Cleveland.
Strongly recommend the place for the all around neighborhood and location.

Place needs minor touch ups that are cosmetic. I personally didn't mind, the establishment was clean, spacious and comfortable.
