The front desk staff was welcoming and the valet... noticed I left my phone in the car and hurried it back into the hotel to me. I don't know his name, but that truly impressed me.
The bed and shower were amazing!

The toilet flush was so loud and forceful... scary the first time used. Woke my partner every time it was flushed during the night!
I would have appreciated notice online that the hotel is currently under construction and that the hot tub is permanently closed.
