I have a hard time believing that by 6pm they didn’t have fresh towels available (finally got 2 about 8pm; per lady working front desk it was the only 2 available). We asked for only fresh towels when we left at 7:30am.

Our room was FILTHY, yes, we have pictures! So dirty that we HAD to wash our feet after getting out of the shower because the floor was so dirty!
We only stayed because we couldn't find another room in the area due to a convention going on and every other hotel was full!

Never seen a dirtier place in my.travels. The room appeared to be a stripped out handicap room. It smelt like wet dogs and your feet turned black walking from the bed to the bathroom and back! Just to tired to push on.

Had reserved an accessible king rm with sofa for three of us. Upon check-in, found that they don’t have such a rm. Had to pay for two rms! We were on the second floor. Upon checkout, it was pouring rain. The elevator was outside, and was broken. The stairs are also outside. Imagine checking out in the pouring rain, making multiple trips as my husband is in a wheelchair. Also no covered overhead area to pull up to B load the car. Horrible experience.

When we checked in there were cigarette ashes and trash in the room. It was quite worn and lots of water damage.

I stay here often and they are very nice and helpful! If I have ever had an issue they have no problem helping me and fixing the problem
