Positives: Location. Staff.
Negatives: Poor maintenance room 109. Toilet flushes itself every five minutes, sink drain stopper does not work and light over sink works only if you flip the switch off and on many times. Motel needs an update.

Negatives: Blanket on bed had obvious blood stains on it . Shower had a wash cloth still in it from previous guests.

Positives: well where my room was located i had no service on my phone or laptop and the wifi was not connecting at all. when i would finally find service id lose service within 5 mintues. i complained about next door being loud and nothing was done.
Negatives: the staff seemed completely unsure about speaking with the customers about the complaints

Negatives: They never cleaned the room or gave us new towels. Nobody refilled the toilet paper, we bought our own. We had 3 bags of garbage when we left. I will NEVER stay at a Red Roof Inn again.
