Cleaning staff admitted to taking a bag out of my room because they thought it was trash,it had 4 sentimental cups and numbers in it. The general manager said he wasn't going to do anything about it because I couldn't prove the value of what's in the bag.
Positives:
I really liked the set up of our suite, it was perfect for our weekend getaway as a large family. Having the separate bedrooms was nice, as well as a large living area and two bathrooms. The pool, hot tub were clean and the staff was friendly.
Negatives:
When we arrived, I went to use the bathroom in our room and there was pee all over the toilet seat. The overall cleanliness of the room could have been better. Dead ladybugs on the floor by one of the rooms windows. Extremely dusty vents in the bathrooms. Couch was very stained and kind of yuck. The walls were peeling and cracking in our room. The place just needs a good deep clean and an some small repairs. We went to restaurant for breakfast our first day, opted to go out for breakfast on day 2. Although as a family of 6 we love to be budget conscious, the breakfast was just not that great.
